ONLINE STORE RETURNS
At Daniel Chong Spain SL, it is very important to us that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you have the option to return it (only for online orders; for purchases in physical stores, only exchanges for other items are accepted) within 15 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund, except for the direct cost of returning the products, which is the responsibility of the customer.
For us to accept the return, all merchandise must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
If you wish to return an item sent by Daniel Chong Spain SL, you can do so through the following means:
- Through our carrier. In this case, we will contact them so they can come to your address and collect the return package.
- You can also use your own means of transport and provide us with the shipment tracking number so we can monitor it.
How do I make a return?

RETURNS IN PHYSICAL STORES
For purchases in physical stores, only exchanges for other items are accepted. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you have the option to return it within 15 days of purchase and exchange it for another item in stock. If the desired product is not available, a voucher will be issued for the same value as the returned product. This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
For us to accept the return, all merchandise must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

All our products are made with recycled cotton upholstery fabrics or fabrics obtained from recycled PET bottles in the case of waterproof items.
We also use pieces of vegetable tanned leather, so we do not recommend washing them in washing machines or dryers.
You can use upholstery cleaning products such as sofas, or soap and water with a delicate brush or damp cloth. We recommend hand washing.

Our materials
We use fabrics made from recycled garments, from which the cotton fiber is extracted again, thus closing the cycle of a garment, preventing the creation of excess textile waste, thus reducing the load on landfills and incinerators, in addition to the reduction in dependence on virgin raw materials, chemicals, water, energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
Another star material of the fabrics we use is made from recycled plastic bottles. In addition to being 100% recycled and sustainable, this material helps to give resistance to our fabrics, thus contributing to the durability of our backpacks and bags, achieving waterproof and sustainable products.
We offer upholstery fabrics, vegan leathers and vegetable tanned cowhides. Since our fabrics are made from recycled materials, this allows us to collaborate with the industry. Starting from these materials, we offer to be able to combine them at ease in our atelier, from where we make all the combinations that we then make in our workshops.
