We use fabrics made from recycled garments, from which the cotton fiber is extracted again, thus closing the cycle of a garment, preventing the creation of excess textile waste, thus reducing the load on landfills and incinerators, in addition to the reduction in dependence on virgin raw materials, chemicals, water, energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Another star material of the fabrics we use is made from recycled plastic bottles. In addition to being 100% recycled and sustainable, this material helps to give resistance to our fabrics, thus contributing to the durability of our backpacks and bags, achieving waterproof and sustainable products.

Our cotton and quilted products must be cleaned with DRY cleaning products, those that are commonly used in upholstery. It is extremely important that you only apply it to said fabric and avoid contact with the base, pockets and leather handles, as it can deteriorate the material. For these pieces of backpacks, the use of horse fat is recommended to nourish and revitalize.

We recommend that you read the instructions for the cleaning products so that you know how to use them. Each product must be specific for cotton, upholstery, or leather fabrics. This way you will avoid deteriorating the material or colors of your backpacks, bags or accessories.

Avoid using bleach as it could affect the color of the materials. Also do not iron the products, wash or dry them in a machine.

For our waterproof products you can simply use a damp cloth and neutral soap (without fabric softeners or perfumes) to clean the material, avoiding contact with the aforementioned parts.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product is damaged we will not be able to accept the return.

Please keep in mind that if you carry out the return process
online on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will not be able to pick up your package
until Monday of the following week.
