We're excited to announce our latest promotion that will have you scratching with enthusiasm. Starting today, every purchase or order you make, whether in our physical stores or on our website, will include a free scratch card. 👀 And the best part is that all scratch cards have a prize! 🤩 Which prize will you win?


Terms and Conditions of the "SCRAP CHONG" Promo

  1. Promotion Duration :

    • The promotion will be valid from August 1st to August 31st or while supplies of scratch cards run out.

  2. Stake :

    • Each customer will receive a scratch card for each order placed during the promotional period.
    • Orders can be placed both in our physical stores and in our online store.

  3. Awards :

    • All scratch cards have a prize:
      • Physical prizes such as bags, backpacks, toiletry bags and/or pencil cases
      • Discounts of 10%, 20% and 50% on future purchases.
    • Prizes may vary and will be detailed on the scratch card you receive.
    • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash value.

  4. Terms of Use :

    • Prizes must be claimed according to the instructions provided on the scratch card.
    • The promotion is valid only for orders placed within the validity period and under the specified conditions.

  5. Availability :

    • Scratch cards are available while supplies last. Once the scratch cards have sold out, the promotion will end, even if we are still within the validity period.

  6. Restrictions :

    • This promotion cannot be combined with other current promotions or discounts.
    • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

  7. Procedure for Redeeming Prizes:

    1. In Physical Stores:

      • The clerk will keep the scratch card.
      • Physical prizes such as backpacks, fanny packs, and pencil cases are delivered on the spot.
      • If the prize is a % discount, it will be applied to your next purchase (it is not compatible with other discounts such as the 10% discount from the newsletter).
      • If the customer wishes to redeem the discount at another time:
        • You must contact us by writing to hola@daniel-chong.com .
        • You must attach a photo with the ticket and the scratch card so that we can associate the prize with that physical purchase.

    2. Online Orders:

      • Customers must write to hola@daniel-chong.com and send a photo along with the online purchase receipt , and indicate an email address to which we can associate the discount , in the event that they have obtained a discount.
      • The order must be placed with the same email address that has been provided to us in order for it to be valid and the discount code to be applied.
      • In the event of having obtained a material prize, the prize will be sent to the same address of the order in which the scratch card was obtained, unless another address is previously indicated.
      • Physical prizes cannot be chosen.
  8. Prize expiration:
    • Discount rewards do not have an expiration date for being redeemed.
    • Material prizes are valid until September 30, 2024.
    • In case of return, the scratch card is cancelled.
