Additional Information

The shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.

Shipping is understood as the delivery of the items to the home or address that you have specified during the ordering process, limiting the delivery areas to those already indicated in the delivery section.

Daniel Chong Spain SL delivers the orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 48 hours. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.

Place of delivery

Delivery will take place at the address provided in the order. If at the time of delivery there is no one to pick up the package, a second attempt will be made in which the carrier will contact you through the number indicated in the order.

To avoid possible delivery problems, we recommend indicating the maximum detail in the address, confirming each piece of information and making sure that the contact telephone number provided is functional.

For shipments in Spain, you can refer the delivery of your order to a Parcel Shop in our carrier's network. You will receive an email from them where you can manage the delivery at the nearest Parcel Shop / Point of Convenience. You also have the option of local collection, Calle del Amparo 42, 28012, Madrid.

International deliveries

If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will send your package through UPS, which means that Daniel Chong SL will be in charge of delivering it, but will not assume the possible customs expenses or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the importation of the products (even if the order is rejected).

RETURNS

For Daniel Chong Spain SL. It is very important that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. If for any reason the purchase does not satisfy you or you have changed your mind, you have the option to return it (only in online orders, for purchases in physical stores only exchanges for other items are allowed) within 15 days after the purchase and you will get the full refund of your money except the direct cost of returning the products that is borne by the customer.

For us to accept the return, all merchandise must be in perfect condition, in addition to being accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.

If you want to return an item sent by Daniel Chong Spain SL , these returns are made exclusively by our carrier and we will be the ones to contact them so that they can come to your address to pick up the return package.

How do I make my return?

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide us with the order number and receipt.
  3. Pack the order and close it, you must indicate our data: Daniel Chong Spain SL, Calle del Amparo 39, local. 28012 Madrid. Tel. 910 402 340.
  4. Explain the reason for the return, so that the store team can better understand why you want to return this product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product is damaged we will not be able to accept the return.

Please note that if you complete the return process online on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will not be able to collect your package until Monday of the following week.

Purchases in physical stores

You have 30 days to change your product and no refunds are made, only changes or you can opt for a one-year voucher.
