1. PURCHASE SYSTEM

At Daniel Chong Spain SL we strive to make your shopping experience as simple and intuitive as possible. To buy you must be over eighteen (18) years of age, select the product you have fallen in love with and add it to the Cart to be one step closer to having it/them in your arms.

When you have selected all the desired products, you must press View Cart where you will find all the products previously selected by you, here you can modify the number of items and add a discount coupon if you have one. Then you must press Finish purchase and it is where you will have to fill in the form with your billing and delivery information and select a payment method.

The data provided to Daniel Chong Spain SL are personal and non-transferable. If you have any questions, you can consult our privacy policy.

I pay with credit card

Additional Information

The shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.

Shipping is understood as the delivery of the items to the home or address that you have specified during the ordering process, limiting the delivery areas to those already indicated in the delivery section.

Daniel Chong Spain SL delivers the orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 48 hours. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.

Place of delivery

Delivery will take place at the address provided in the order. If at the time of delivery there is no one to pick up the package, a second attempt will be made in which the carrier will contact you through the number indicated in the order.

To avoid possible delivery problems, we recommend indicating the maximum detail in the address, confirming each piece of information and making sure that the contact telephone number provided is functional.

For shipments in Spain, you can refer the delivery of your order to a Parcel Shop in our carrier's network. You will receive an email from them where you can manage the delivery at the nearest Parcel Shop / Point of Convenience. You also have the option of local collection, Calle del Amparo 42, 28012, Madrid.

International deliveries

If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will send your package through UPS, which means that Daniel Chong SL will be in charge of delivering it, but will not assume the possible customs expenses or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the importation of the products (even if the order is rejected).

4. RETURNS

For Daniel Chong Spain SL. It is very important that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. We hope you enjoy your purchase in our online store. If for any reason the purchase does not satisfy you or you have changed your mind, you have the option to return it (only in online orders, for purchases in physical stores only exchanges for other items are allowed) within 15 days after the purchase and you will get the full refund of your money except the direct cost of returning the products that is borne by the customer.

For us to accept the return, all merchandise must be in perfect condition, in addition to being accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the same payment method selected at the time of purchase. 

If you want to return an item sent by Daniel Chong Spain SL , these returns are made exclusively by our carrier and we will be the ones to contact them so that they can come to your address to pick up the return package.

How do I make my return?

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide us with the order number and receipt.
  3. Pack the order and close it, you must indicate our data: Daniel Chong Spain SL, Calle del Amparo 39, local. 28012 Madrid. Tel. 910402340.
  4. Explain the reason for the return, so that the store team can better understand why you want to return this product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product is damaged we will not be able to accept the return. 

Please note that if you complete the return process online on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will not be able to collect your package until Monday of the following week.

Purchases in physical stores

You have 30 days to change your product and no refunds are made, only changes or you can opt for a one-year voucher.

For us to accept the return, all merchandise must be in perfect condition, in addition to being accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.

5. CHANGES

I've changed my mind

If you have changed your mind and want to exchange your product for a different one, contact us within the first 15 days after receiving the item.

We recommend that you make a new purchase and that you specify the order number that you want to return, in this way the delivery person who will carry your new order will withdraw the previous one. Once we have the return we will proceed to make the refund.

Remember that the shipping costs are on your own.

Wrong article : 

If you have received the wrong item in your order, you can return it and we will replace it with the correct item. 

In this case, you have to contact us at the email orders@daniel-chong.com or our contact form and tell us about your situation. 

Damaged product or manufacturing defect: 

  • If the item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you can return it and after evaluating it, we will exchange it for another. Send us an email with photo(s) of the product and purchase receipt to hola@daniel-chong.com or contact us through the contact form and we will explain how to proceed.
  • We do not accept returns of items with breaks resulting from misuse or use over time.
  • If you have any questions or suggestions about our return and exchange policy or we can do something for you, do not hesitate to contact us.

6. TAXES

The prices include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.

7. PRICES

The products will be sold at the price indicated, being the price that is collected at the time of order confirmation by the customer.

8. MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS

Daniel Chong Spain SL reserves the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time. The User will be subject to the Policies and Conditions in force at the time they use the website or make each order, unless by law or decision of government agencies Daniel Chong Spain SL must make retroactive changes to said Conditions, in which case , the possible changes will also affect the orders that the User had previously made.

9. LIABILITY

Daniel Chong Spain SL is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders, or the impossibility of carrying them out when the cause is due to an event of force majeure, and therefore, beyond our control. Among other causes, we understand that force majeure exists in the following cases, but without limitation: accidents; strikes; riots, threats or terrorist attacks; fire or explosion; meteorological causes or natural disasters such as storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic; problems beyond our control in the means of transport or telecommunication systems. As far as possible, once the cause of impossibility or delay has ended, Daniel Chong Spain SL will do everything possible to resume its commercial activities and be able to fulfill its obligations and deliveries.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of any type of discrepancy or claim between the parties in relation to the fulfillment or content of these Conditions, the parties agree to submit the decision of the matter raised to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
