1. PURCHASE SYSTEM

At Daniel Chong Spain SL we strive to make your purchasing experience simple and as intuitive as possible. To purchase you must be over eighteen (18) years old, select the product that you have fallen in love with and add it to the Cart to be one step closer to having it/s in your arms.

When you have selected all the desired products, you must click View Cart where you will find all the products previously selected by you. Here you can modify the number of items and add a discount coupon if you have one. Next you must press Finish purchase and this is where you will have to fill out the form with your billing and delivery information and select a payment method.

Additional Information

Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.

Shipping is understood to be the delivery of the items to the home or address that you have specified during the ordering process, limiting the delivery areas to those already indicated in the deliveries section.

Daniel Chong Spain SL delivers orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 48 hours. We are not responsible for any possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.

Free shipping promotional codes are for single use per person per order, and cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

Place of delivery

Delivery will take place at the address provided in the order. If at the time of delivery there is no one to pick up the package, a second attempt will be made in which the carrier will contact you through the number indicated in the order.

To avoid possible delivery problems, we recommend indicating as much detail as possible in the address, confirming each information and ensuring that the contact telephone number provided is functional.

For shipments in Spain, you can refer the delivery of your order to a Parcel Shop in our carrier's network. You will receive an email from them where you can manage the delivery at the nearest Parcel Shop / Convenience Point. You also have the option of local pickup, Calle del Amparo 42, 28012, Madrid.

International deliveries

If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union, shipping may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will send your package via UPS, which means that Daniel Chong SL will be in charge of delivering it, but will not bear any possible customs charges or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the importation of the products (even if they reject the order).

4. RETURNS

For Daniel Chong Spain SL. It is very important that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. We hope you enjoy your purchase in our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase or you have changed your mind, you have the option of returning it (online orders only, for purchases in physical stores only exchanges for other items are allowed) within 15 days after the purchase and you will receive the full refund of your money except the direct cost of returning the products, which is the responsibility of the customer. For purchases made in November and December 2023, the period for exchanges and returns is extended to January 15, 2024.

For us to accept the return, all merchandise must be in perfect condition, in addition to being accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made to the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.

If you want to return an item sent by Daniel Chong Spain SL , these returns are made exclusively by our carrier and we will be the ones who will contact them so that they can come to your address to collect the return package.

How does it work?

1. Enter the order number and your email.

2. Select the products you want to return and tell us the reason.

3. Indicate if you prefer to obtain credit in our store or return the product for a refund (transport costs not included)

4. If you choose a refund, pack the order and close it, indicating our information:

The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product is damaged we will not be able to accept the return.

Only the amount of the product is returned, we do not pay logistics costs. Therefore, in the case of return, logistics costs will be deducted.

Please note that if you complete the return process online on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will not be able to collect your package until Monday of the following week.

Shopping in physical stores

You have 30 days to exchange your product and there are no returns, only exchanges or you can opt for a voucher with a duration of one year.

5. CHANGES

I have changed my mind

If you have changed your mind and want to exchange your product for a different one, contact us within the first 15 days after receiving the item.

We recommend that you make a new purchase and that you specify the order number that you want to return, in this way the delivery person who will carry your new order will pick up the previous one. Once we have the return we will proceed to make the refund.

Remember that shipping costs are your responsibility.

Wrong article :

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, you can return it and we will replace it with the correct item.

Damaged product or manufacturing defect:

If the item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you can make the return and after evaluating it we will exchange it for another one. Send us an email with photo(s) of the product and purchase receipt to hola@daniel-chong.com or contact us through the contact form and we will explain how to proceed.

We do not accept returns on items with breaks resulting from misuse or wear over time.

9. MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS

10. RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent possible, once the cause of impossibility or delay has ended, Daniel Chong Spain SL will do everything possible to resume its commercial activities and be able to comply with its obligations and shipments.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. In the event that any type of discrepancy or claim arises between the parties in relation to compliance or the content of these Conditions, the parties agree to submit the decision of the matter raised to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.

Sustainability is written in our DNA. We do our best to change the way fashion is created and consumed, with the goal of reducing the negative environmental and social impact of the fashion industry. Our fabrics are made by from recycled clothing and products. By using a greater amount of recycled materials, we contribute to increasing the sustainability of the fashion sector.

Recycled materials

We use raw materials obtained from recycling, such as thread made from plastic bottles (rPET), thus contributing to the sustainability of our sector. The separate collection and subsequent recycling of PET helps reduce plastic waste in landfills, and less waste in landfills means significantly lower toxic emissions from incineration plants. On the other hand, the use of these fabrics increases the durability and resistance of the materials we use. Thus, we all win with this sustainable way of manufacturing.

Carbon negative

The carbon footprint is an environmental indicator that reflects the amount of greenhouse gases produced as a result of a given activity. Our 2023 production emitted more than 100,000 tons of CO2, of which we have reforested twice through forest carbon projects. These projects help restore and preserve forests, as well as support the socioeconomic development of disadvantaged communities through tree planting. This action grants us the Carbon Negative certification.
